My painting journey is an ongoing exploration of colour, form, and the ability of art to transform space and spirit. Guided by a passion for harmony and depth, I strive to create works that elevate the ambiance of any interior, infusing spaces with energy and warmth. My practice centers on capturing the essence of a subject, bringing it to life through carefully considered colour palettes and textured brushstrokes that reflect both complexity and simplicity.

Creating has been instinctive for me since childhood, long before I learned to read or write. Growing up in Ukraine, I attended art school, where my rebellious approach set me apart, fueling an early desire to break boundaries in my work. Though I later pursued engineering, art remained my sanctuary and strength. It wasn’t until moving to Canada that I fully embraced my calling, completing a diploma in graphic design at George Brown College and stepping into my creative identity as an artist.

Inspired by the masters of Impressionism—Monet, Cézanne, and Matisse—I have refined my technique through both formal study and self-directed exploration. The richness of impressionist colour and form informs my style, yet my works are distinctly my own, merging expressive strokes with an architectural precision from my design background.

Now, as a visual designer and artist in Toronto, I devote my time to creating pieces that embody tranquility, positivity, and depth. My Ukrainian heritage remains close to my heart, and I am proud to support Ukraine by donating selected works to aid its people. Through my art, I aim to offer viewers a chance to reflect, to experience connection, and to find beauty where they may not have looked before.
